The editorial issues appear to be sections that need updating. For instance, portions of the first chapter are very dated, and no longer apply in 2014. For instance, on page 33, the author writes about "PCS"|About the Author||Travis Russell is a technologist with Oracle Communications and the author of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), The IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), and Telecommunications Protocols
